I participated in Withum’s 2023 panel on cannabis economics

I was delighted to get to contribute my thoughts and opinions in this panel discussion moderated by Steven Monacelli, our favorite tax expert at the excellent consulting firm Withum.

John Clair, Director of Investor Relations at CB1 Capital Management and Aaron Lopez, Principal at Political Capital participated with me. We discussed the implications of cannabis legalization for entrepreneurs and investors, how it creates investment opportunities, as well as how different state regulations affect the profitability of cannabis investments. I learned a lot from my fellow panelist and profoundly enjoyed this.
